party faq
how much does a party cost?
all of our party options start at $399. All parties are required to pay a $150 deposit in order to book.
whats included?
private studio time — the birdhouse will be closed to the public during your celebration. all crafting supplies are included in our packages. a take home craft (craft made in-studio) come with every package option.
cake, utensils, plates, and other food items are not included.
how long are your parties?
all of our parties are 2 hours in length, 1.5 hours of play and 30 minutes of cake and gifts.
can I change my party theme?
you may change your party theme once, up to 3 weeks prior to your party date. after that changes cannot be made since supplies will have been purchased.
can I come early to set up?
yes! doors are open for the party host 30 minutes before your scheduled event.
how many friends can I invite?
our parties can accommodate up to 10 children (including the guest of honour).
additional guests are $30 per person. 14 children max
can I book additional time?
no, we do not extend our party times. we have curated the perfect party length in order to make the most out of your activity and celebration, trust us!
what if I need to cancel?
party deposits are nonrefundable. if you need to cancel your party within 2 weeks of your date, we're happy to refund everything except your deposit. you are able to reschedule your event up to 3 weeks prior to your booking date.
Is there a limit to the number of adults who can stay for the party?
For parties with children aged 6 and under, parents are welcome to stay if they prefer. We encourage all attending adults to join in the fun and engage with our Invitations to Create!
At Birdhouse Creative Studio, we value connection and community, especially for families who might not be familiar with 'drop-off' parties.
For parties where most children are aged 7 and older, it's wonderful for the birthday child's family to participate and celebrate together. However, we kindly ask that parents of older children consider dropping them off to help foster their independence and make space for their creativity to shine!
